By purchasing a half beef you will receive 160lbs of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. This will typically include Chuck Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Rump Roasts, Prime Rib Roasts, Brisket, Prime Rib Steaks, Tenderloin Steaks, NY Striploin Steaks OR T-Bone Steaks when available, Short Ribs, and Ground Beef. Steaks are cut at 1" thick and Roasts range in size from 3-4lbs. We can accommodate some special requests. Prior to the processing date, we will send you a cut sheet to review and fill in any special requests or variations to the defaults. Soup bones and organs are available for an additional fee.
A $250 deposit is required to reserve a half beef. Your total cost will be $1,600 (including the deposit). The balance will be due upon delivery or pick-up. If you select delivery, that fee will be applied at checkout based on your location. If you are unsure whether you wish to pick-up or have your order delivered, select pick-up when adding to cart, and if you decide on delivery later, that fee can be added to the balance owing.
We do have regular appointments booked ahead of time with our butcher, however, depending on when you purchase, you may experience a wait of 6 - 8 weeks to receive your beef. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready!
