By purchasing a quarter beef you can typically expect 80lbs of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. These would be steaks and roasts of your choosing, cut to your specifications. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a cut sheet that you can fill out according to your wishes. 

There is a wait list for whole, half, and quarter beef, so don't miss out. You can pre-order now to secure your beef for 2027. Beef will be finished on grass in July, August, and September of 2027.

A $125 deposit is required to reserve a quarter beef. Your total cost will be approximately $840 (including the deposit) but will be based on final weight of the quarter. The balance will be due upon delivery or pick-up. If you select delivery, that fee will be applied at checkout based on your location. If you are unsure whether you wish to pick-up or have your order delivered, select pick-up when adding to cart, and if you decide on delivery later, that fee can be added at time of delivery.

All our beef is 100% antibiotic, vaccine, and growth hormone free. Chemicals and medications are not used at any time in the life of our beef animals. That is a fundamental principle we do not waiver on.  No chemical inputs whatsoever. EVER.
