By purchasing a whole beef you can typically expect 300lbs of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. This can include steaks and roasts of your choosing, cut to your specifications. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a cut sheet that you can fill out according to your wishes. Soup bones and organs may be available for an additional fee.

There is typically a wait list for whole and half beef, so please contact us to inquire about availability and wait times.

A $500 deposit is required to reserve a whole beef. Your total cost will be approximately $2,925 (including the deposit) but will be based on final weight of the whole. The balance will be due upon delivery or pick-up. If you select delivery, that fee will be applied at checkout based on your location. If you are unsure whether you wish to pick-up or have your order delivered, select pick-up when adding to cart, and if you decide on delivery later, that fee can be added to the balance owing.

We do have regular appointments booked ahead of time with our butcher, however, depending on when you purchase, you may experience a wait of 6 - 8 weeks to receive your beef. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready!

All our beef is 100% antibiotic, vaccine, and growth hormone free. Chemicals and medications are not used at any time in the life of our beef animals. That is a fundamental principle we do not waiver on.  No chemical inputs whatsoever. EVER.
